The EGAS Annual Event 2026 will take place at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Utrecht, in the Willem C Schimmelgebouw.

Travel:
The closest airport is Amsterdam - Schiphol (AMS).
The campus can easily be accessed by car. The closest car park is Parking P7 Jenalaan (1 minute walk).
For those who travel by public transfer; there is a convenient train connection from Amsterdam - Schiphol to Utrecht Central Station. You can use the NS app for timetables and to buy train and bus tickets in the Netherlands.
When arriving at the campus, please exit the bus or tram at station 'Heidelberglaan', from there it is a 5-10 minute walk.
Hotel:
The recommended hotel is Crowne Plaza Utrecht, which is located in the city centre of Utrecht. It is a 2-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station.
