The next EGAS Annual Event is coming up on 14.11.2025 at Utrecht University (The Netherlands), and we are super proud of the program we were able to establish for you! 

Registration

EGAS Members:

You can use the Google Form to register for the EGAS Annual Event 2025. Please also register if you are not able to attend! Register as soon as possible, but latest on 01.10.2025 so we can prepare everything properly. For EGAS Members, it is mandatory to attend the Annual Event at least every second year.

To keep yourself up to date, attending the Annual Event every year is highly recommended (and fun!)

External participants:

There are 15 spots available for external participants! If you aren't an EGAS Member (yet) but you would like to participate at the EGAS Annual Event, you can register via the application form. 

Costs for external participants are €395 (ex VAT), including all catering.

Getting to the venue:

The EGAS Annual Event 2025 will take place at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Utrecht, in the Willem C Schimmelgebouw.

Travel:

The closest airport is Amsterdam - Schiphol (AMS).

The campus can easily be accessed by car. The closest car park is  Parking P7 Jenalaan (1 minute walk).

For those who travel by public transfer; there is a convenient train connection from Amsterdam - Schiphol to Utrecht Central Station. You can use the NS app for timetables and to buy train and bus tickets in the Netherlands.

When arriving at the campus, please exit the bus or tram at station 'Heidelberglaan', from there it is a 5-10 minute walk.

Hotel:

The recommended hotel is Crowne Plaza Utrecht, which is located in the city centre of Utrecht. It is a 2-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station.
